This policy describes how Wisdom Consultancy LLC ("we," "us") handles information collected through kylewisdom.com, including the contact form and the reading group portal. Wisdom Consultancy is a small independent consulting practice operated by Kyle Wisdom. We are not an advertising business, and we do not sell data.

Contact form. If you send a message through the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. This is used solely to read and reply to your inquiry.
Reading group portal. If you apply to join a reading group, we collect the name and email address you provide, along with any note you include in the application. If your application is approved, we store that information along with a randomly generated access token that serves as your personal link to the group's schedule and materials.
Website visits. The site is a static website. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) as part of normal server operation.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it.
The reading group portal offers an optional feature that connects to the operator's own Google Calendar in order to keep session dates current. This connection is used by Kyle Wisdom for his own calendar only; it is not offered to or used on behalf of reading group members.
When connected, the application requests read-only access to calendar events (the calendar.readonly scope) and reads only the dates and times of upcoming events on a selected calendar. It does not create, modify, or delete calendar entries. Only event dates are stored, and only for the purpose of displaying the correct session schedule in the portal.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google calendar data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never transferred to third parties except as required to operate this feature or as required by law. The connection can be revoked at any time from within the application, or from your Google Account's third-party access settings.

Contact form messages are kept as ordinary email correspondence. Reading group member records are kept while you are a member. If you leave a group, your record and access token are deleted and your portal link stops working. Backups containing prior data may persist for a limited period as part of routine backup rotation.
The site is served over HTTPS. Portal access uses long, randomly generated tokens rather than shared passwords. Data is stored on an access-restricted server with encrypted backups. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the scale of this operation.
This site and its services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Wisdom Consultancy operates from the United States, and information is processed there. If you are contacting us from elsewhere, you are consenting to that transfer.
