These terms govern your use of kylewisdom.com and its associated services, including the contact form and the reading group portal (together, the "Service"), operated by Wisdom Consultancy LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service is

Wisdom Consultancy is a small independent consulting practice operated by Kyle Wisdom. This website provides information about that practice and hosts a private portal for members of reading groups that we convene. The reading group portal provides access to a schedule, meeting links, session materials, and related communications.

Reading group membership

Reading group participation is by application and approval. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion, and we may end anyone's membership at any time.

If your application is approved, you receive a private access link containing a unique token. That link is personal to you. Please do not share it publicly or forward it to others, as anyone holding the link can view the group's schedule and materials.

You can leave a group at any time from your portal page, which removes your record and disables your link. You can also turn off reminder emails while keeping portal access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other members' data, or the underlying server.
• Use automated means to scrape, probe, or overload the Service.
• Republish or redistribute session materials, summaries, or other members' contributions without permission.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Content and discussion

Reading groups involve substantive discussion of published works, often on questions where participants reasonably disagree. Views expressed by any participant are their own and do not represent Wisdom Consultancy, its clients, or any organization with which Kyle Wisdom is affiliated. Session summaries and materials posted in the portal are provided for the use of group members.

Books and other works discussed remain the property of their respective copyright holders. Members are responsible for obtaining their own copies of any assigned reading.

Consulting engagements

Information on this site about consulting services is provided for general information and does not by itself constitute an offer or create a client relationship. Any actual consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between us.

Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. This is a small, self-hosted operation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and meeting dates may change — the schedule shown in the portal is the authoritative version, and you should check it rather than relying solely on a previously received calendar entry or email.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisdom Consultancy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Privacy

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law
